Pairvii Legal
1. All parties engaging with Pairvii Legal agree to conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism, and in compliance with applicable laws.
2. All information, documents, and data shared by clients shall remain strictly confidential and shall be used solely for the purpose of the specific legal matter for which Pairvii Legal is engaged.
3. Access to client data shall be limited to authorised members of Pairvii Legal and the appointed empanelled lawyer. No other person shall have access without explicit written consent from the client and approval from Pairvii Legal.
4. Clients shall provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to their legal matter. Pairvii Legal shall not be liable for delays, losses, or adverse outcomes caused by misinformation or non-disclosure.
5. Professional fees, service charges, and related costs shall be clearly communicated in advance and must be paid within the stipulated timelines.
6. Any direct engagement between a client and an empanelled lawyer outside the framework of Pairvii Legal shall be at the sole risk of the parties involved, and Pairvii Legal shall bear no responsibility for such arrangements.
7. Empanelled lawyers shall deliver services competently, ethically, and within the agreed scope of engagement.
8. Empanelled lawyers shall not solicit, divert, or independently engage clients introduced by Pairvii Legal without the company’s prior written approval.
9. Pairvii Legal reserves the right to terminate services or engagements in cases of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
10. Continued use of Pairvii Legal’s services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions and any future updates made to them.
